The issue is that the form field is stuck on “loading….” and data never populates the field

Good day. I am attempting to use the DepDrop widget. I have it completely set up. Using devtool in chrome I can see that the data is being return in json format. The issue is that the form field is stuck on \”loading….\” and data never populates the field. Can someone add any assistance to help me solve this issue? I am willing to pay if requested.
